Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER. BY CLICKING TO ACCEPT YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOU HAVE READ AND ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AS LISTED BELOW AND AS SUCH YOU WILL BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS BOOKING.

1. The online booking system is for the sole use of persons booking the services of Injury Rehabilitation Care Centre Limited (IRCC).
2. Booking can be made on behalf of family members however the person making the booking will remain principally liable for any appointments they make in addition to the person whose behalf the booking is made.
3. On making this booking and proceeding beyond this point on the booking system, you agree to the full terms and conditions of booking including but not limited to cancellation charges, do not attend costs and refunds.
4. The integrity and security of the system must not be tampered with at any time.
5. IRCC reserves the right to refuse treatment if, in their discretion; this will be detrimental to IRCC or the patient.
6. IRCC reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions, without notice, where this is required by law or regulation.
7. IRCC will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense without limitation, incurred from the use of this website.
8. IRCC will store and process personal data in line with their privacy policy. This is available separately.
9. You are required to give IRCC 24 hours’ notice in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment slot. If you have a Monday appointment, notice of a cancellation needs to be received by email before 5pm on the Saturday ([email protected]).
10. If an appointment is missed, without contacting the clinic in line with clause 9, a full standard fee will be charged.
11. If 2 consecutive appointments are missed without prior notice of cancellation, all future appointments will require pre-payment before booking is granted.
12. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will aim to provide the full appointment time but this may not be possible and your full appointment fee will still stand.
13. A zero tolerance policy is applied to any abusive or aggressive treatment of our treatment team and should this situation arise you will be asked to leave the premises and any future bookings will be cancelled without refund.
14. Any persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the full duration of their treatment.
